James C. Spackman
Chairman Emeritus
Mr. Spackman is Chairman Emeritus of Spackman Group. Prior to joining Spackman Group, Mr. Spackman was Chairman & CEO of the International Insurance Group of Prudential Financial Inc. (NYSE: PRU), where he also served as its Chairman & CEO of the Asia Region, and Chairman & CEO of Prudential Life Insurance Co. of Korea. Prior to his nearly two decades at Prudential, Mr. Spackman had a long career in banking, serving as CEO of Hong Kong Bank in Korea (now, HSBC Korea), and establishing the Korea operations of Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. and Marine Midland Bank. He was also previously the Chairman of the Korea Banking Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce. As an active alumnus of Harvard University, he served as Member of the Harvard Asia Center Advisory Committee, Member of the Board of Overseers Visiting to the College, and Member of the Harvard International Issues Planning Committee. Before his career in finance, Mr. Spackman served in the United States Air Force where he was honorably discharged as Captain. He graduated with an A.B from Harvard College.
Charles C. Spackman
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Spackman is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Spackman Group Limited, the flagship holding company of Spackman Group. Before establishing Spackman Group in 1997, he worked in the investment banking divisions of UBS, Peregrine Securities, Jardine Fleming Securities, and Smith Barney. In addition to heading Spackman Group, he is President of The Spackman Foundation, Vice Chairman of the Standing Council of the Guangdong Society for Strategic and Management Research, and Honorary Dean of the state-owned Beijing SinoMed Natural Medicine Academy. Mr. Spackman is the sponsor of The Charles C. Spackman Scholarship Fund at Harvard University, a financial aid fund for Asian undergraduate students. An active alumnus of Harvard, he has also served as Co-Chair of Reunion Gifts for his class and was a Member of the FAS Dean's Task Force on the Undergraduate Experience. He graduated with an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.
Martin A. Mohabeer
Managing Director
Mr. Mohabeer is Managing Director of Spackman Group and also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Spackman Capital, the Group's New York-based proprietary investment arm. Prior to joining Spackman Group, Mr. Mohabeer worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs, specializing in financial institutions. He began his investment banking career in the financial institutions group of Donaldson, Luftkin & Jenrette in New York and also worked as a management consultant at Mitchell Madison Group. Mr. Mohabeer graduated with an M.B.A. in Risk Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and with an A.B. in Statistics from Harvard College.

Ms. Lin is a Manager of the Group Chairman's Office in Hong Kong, and is responsible for the overall administrative activities of the Group and its affiliated operations. Joseph Tan
Director
Mr. Tan is a Director of China Operations of Spackman Group. He is a qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience in investments and structured finance in both Hong Kong and abroad. Prior to joining Spackman Group, Mr. Tan held senior finance positions at China International Trust & Investment Corporation Holdings, Hutchison Telecommunications, and Arthur Andersen.
H. Y. Kim
Director
Mr. Kim is a Director of Spackman Group’s Korea Operations. He previously worked in the Singapore and Hong Kong offices of Korea Leasing Corporation, specializing in international securities syndication. Mr. Kim was also a research analyst in credit analysis and risk management for CJ Investment Trust Management Co. of Korea. He graduated with a B.A. in International Economics from the Seoul National University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
